About the Client
The Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) operates under the United States Department of Defense and is responsible for ensuring that small businesses have maximum practicable opportunities to participate in DoD contracts and subcontracts. Their programs include Project Spectrum — a national cybersecurity initiative — and support for APEX Accelerators, which assist small businesses in competing for government work.
